Darlene Greenman Ross has been an organist or organist/choir director since 1950 and has served in Lutheran, Methodist, Presbyterian, Congregational, United Church of Christ, Episcopal and Christian Science congregations with occasional stops in Catholic and Baptist parishes.

She has a BA in organ and French from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio and continued with further study with Robert Lodine and Jack C. Goode at the American Conservatory in Chicago, IL as well as with Corliss Arnold at Michigan State University.

She is a member of American Guild of Organists.

Darlene is interested in Art History, Chamber music, knitting, gardening, baking and the study of religion. She is also a master gardener and has been a docent at the Kresge Art Museum, Michigan State University.
