MEMBERSHIP

of this Church elects:

Moderator, Clerk, Treasurer, Historian, Members-at-Large, and members of boards and committees.

• The Moderator is an ex officio non-voting member of all boards and committees,and, using parliamentary procedure, presides over meetings of the Church and the Church Council.
• The Treasurer is an ex officio voting member of the Board of Trustees.
• The Clerk is secretary of the Church corporation.

CHURCH COUNCIL

is the Executive Committee of the Church,

composed of the Senior Minister, Associate and/or Assistant Ministers (all ministers non-voting), elected church officers, chairperson (or alternate) of all boards and committees, Members-at-Large and representatives of Church organizations.

Non-ministerial staff are not members of Church Council.
